
After the charges are added
After all charges are added, click Send SMS/email link at the bottom of the screen.

Fill out invoice details

In the Send SMS/email link window:
- Due by
- Set the payment due date using the date picker.

- Customer name (mandatory)
- Enter the customer’s name (e.g. “John Doe”).
- Email 1
- Enter the customer’s email address if you want to send the payment link by email.
- Phone 1
- Enter the customer’s mobile number if you want to send the payment link by SMS.
At least one email address OR phone number must be entered.
- Invoice reference
- Optional internal reference (e.g. “Invoice #1023” or “Project A – Deposit”).
- Note
- Optional message that will appear on the invoice (e.g. “Thank you for your business.”).
Send the payment link
- Review the information.
- Click Send invoice.
The system sends a payment link to the email and/or phone number you entered.
